Since the creation of ZU we have been manufacturing the ingenious “Breton Oyster Clamp” and later developed the “Crustacean Kit” which provide all the tools you need to eat shellfish. The reason behind the creation came due to the love of shellfish and seafood in general. As part of HBC(Hill Brush Company Ltd.) we are able to provide our customers with the finest Grade 1 Beech Wood which encases all of our products and gives the perfect finish to the ZU Range.
The company is committed to a policy, which is sympathetic to environmental issues and strives to minimise adverse environmental impact at all stages of production. The timber used to give ZU it’s natural and authentic look comes from managed forests and suppliers with sustainable timber schemes. |
